Over 300 Women in Oyo state have benefited from federal micro loan scheme facilitated by Hon. Dokun Odebunmi lawmaker representing Surulere/Ogo Oluwa Federal Constituency.
The Micro Enterprise Enhancement Loan Scheme is a scheme initiated by the Federal government through Nigeria Directorate of Employment NDE
With beneficiaries drawn from all the 33 Local Governments and 35 Local Council Developmental Areas, Dokun Odebunmi has again demonstrated its commitment to general well-being of the people within the state beyond his federal constituency.
Speaking with journalists at the event, Odebunmi who is the chairman House of Reps committee on Information, National Orientation Ethics and Value assured participants that the loan scheme will be a revolving one and that another set of participants will soon be contacted to benefit from the scheme.
The All Progressives Congress APC Chieftain however urged the current beneficiaries to make judicious use of the loan disbursed to them and ensure they keep to the repayment terms in order not to deprived themselves from moving up on the scheme ladder where they can access improve funding to enhance their business growth.
