Economic Development, Peoples Welfare Remain Makinde’s Top Priorities – OYSAMED DG

Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has made economic development and welfare of the people a top priority for all citizens and residents of the state.

This was said  by the Director General (DG) of Oyo State Mobilization Agency for Socio-Economic Development (OYMASED) Dr Morohunkola Thomus during the visit of the agency to Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS).

According to the Director General, the agency is tasked with clarifying the state’s socio economic policies and empowering members of public with information on how to live a good life in line with our cure values.

“OYMASED aims to mobilize and sensitize the public on socio-economic development in the state involving various government ministries, departments, and agencies.” He said

Dr. Thomas expressed the agency’s commitment to continuous mobilization and sensitization for the upliftment of citizens and residents of the state.

He acknowledged the importance of effective communication in motivating the public towards the goal of a better life as exposed by Governor Seyi Makinde administration.

BCOS Chairperson, Chief Mrs. Dotun Olaitan, appreciated the Governor’s appointment of Dr. Thomas and pledged BCOS’ support for the agency’s efforts. She welcomed the courtesy visit and promised to render every necessary service required from BCOS to the sister agency.

On the entourage of Dr. Morohunkola Thomus was Mr. Daniel Olujide Oyelami and Mr. Badmus Ibrahim Abolore
