Rotimi Ajanaku a House of Reps Aspirant for Ibadan North West/South West Federal constituency is poised for a legal battle to reclaim his mandate which was allegedly manipulated in favour of Hon Saheed Fijabi.

The officiating chairman, Mr. Seriki while declaring Hon. saheed Fijabi as the winner of the congress said the lawmaker pulled 299 votes while Rotimi Ajanaku polled 279 votes.
Ajanaku we learnt has alleged Demola Seriki led Congress comittee of manipulating the votes in favour of Hon. Fijabi.
A close source to Ajanaku said the businessman has gathered both visual and other evidences to proof his case and reclaim the mandate.
“He was prepared for the worst situation during the primary he carefuly put in place a system whole process. Ajanaku won that primary.
On Hon Fijabi’ s camp it was gathered that they saw the victory as a. arrow escape which cannot be faulted anywhere .
