Yemisi Yekini, one of the two daughters left behind by the Nigeria’s all-time Super Eagles’ highest goal scorer Rashidi Yekini, has last week graduated from Dumonforte University in Leicester City, United Kingdom with a distinction to emerged second best overall student of
her graduating set.
The first born of the late goal-king who read Cinematography in the prestigious UK varsity was a cynosure of all eyes during the graduation ceremony according to the legal counsel to the late Yekini,
Barr. Jubril Mohammed Olanrewaju who witnessed the event.
The highly elated Yemisi when asked said she’s not ready to put her training into action by storming the fast growing Nigerian Film Industry now but still wanted to further her studies by pursuing her Master’s degree in the same field.
Yemisi’s mother Pat Mariam Fabode and her step dad Oladipo Fabode are also at the graduation ceremony held in UK.
The second daughter, Maraim Yekini is also doing very well according to Yekini’s Lawyer who disclosed that she’s at 200 level, reading English at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, where their late dad
hales from.
