Honouring Chief MKO Abiola and Chief Gani Fawehinmi is a good move by Mr President, it’s long overdue and I would want the President Muhammad Buhari to go further by Naming the National Stadium Abuja and Federal Court of Appeal after chief MKO Abiola and Chief Gani Fawehinmi respectively. It is a Victory to all Progressive mind in Nigeria not only for their Families or Southwest.

We from Ogbomoso and Oyo State in general will want to use the opportunity of this moment of honouring our heroes to plead with President Muhammad Buhari to Please Give Directive to CBN to put the picture of Chief Samuel Ladoke Akintola on one of the Naira note just as the like of Tafabalewa, Ahmadu Bello, Zik and Awolowo.

Other Party had the opportunity for 16 years to Honour our heroes of democracy but they don’t have the will, It will go down the history as the President that did the needful. If any body accuse the Government of playing politics with this award then it good to know that governance is about Politics.
