A historic chapter unfolded in Ile-Ife on Friday as Engr. Jubril Dotun Sanusi, the Chief Executive Officer of Ilaji Hotels and Resorts and a noted philanthropist, was formally installed as the Okanlomo Oodua, a traditional title bestowed on him by His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi at his palace.

The ceremony, conducted with full traditional rites and cultural splendour, drew prominent monarchs, dignitaries and cultural custodians from across the Yoruba nation.

“It is not just a title but a call to serve our people with greater passion, integrity and purpose. I remain committed to initiatives that promote development, empower youths and strengthen our cultural identity.”

He also extended heartfelt gratitude to key monarchs who graced the occasion.
