Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Otedola better known as DJ Cuppy has left many surprised with her shocking revelation about her recent engagement.
In a recent interview with Brunch with Amel, DJ Cuppy disclosed that she got engaged after two days of meeting her fiancee, Ryan Taylor.
According to the DJ, it was after their engagement she began getting information about him because things between them were so swift.
She said, “I got engaged in November. Yes. After two days. He was like in Dubai, so I was like so where do you live? You get to know the person after. Yes. Because it was so quick.”
In November 2022, DJ Cuppy broke the internet with the news of her engagement, sharing the videos and photos of her engagement by her European boyfriend surfaced online with several congratulatory wishes.
In the video, the producer was seen hugging and kissing the boxer after he popped the “Will-You-Marry-Me” question to her on stage. DJ Cuppy said ‘Yes’ to the question, which was followed by rounds of emotional kisses on stage.
Recall that in the first public statement about her engagement, Cuppy explained that she only met her boo just 25 days ago. The daughter of the Nigerian Billionaire revealed that they met at Gumball 3000 driving rally in Dubai and her world totally changed.
While describing him as the “love of her life”, she explained that sometimes one falls for the most unexpected person at the most unexpected time.
“I can officially announce that I’m engaged! Only 25 days ago during the @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life,” She explained
