IChief (Dr.) Florence Ajimobi, wife of Senator Abiola Ajimobi, the former two-term governor of Oyo State, has sent a message of condolence to Honourable Adedeji Stanley Olajide, a member representing Ibadan Northwest/Southwest Constituency in the House of Representatives, over the death of his father, Alhaji Abdul Lateef Olajide.

In the condolence message, Dr. Ajimobi described the death of Alhaji Olajide as a major loss, especially now that he should be savouring the joy of witnessing his son’s great impact as a representative of his people at the National Assembly.

“Though he died at the most unexpected time, he lived a good life. He would be missed by his children, his extended family, and the community he served diligently when he was with us. With his death, no doubt, you have lost a loving father and a major pillar of support,” she said.

Dr. Ajimobi said Alhaji Olajide would be missed, especially for his kindness and humanitarian gestures by those who have had the privilege of knowing him during his life.

“He was the epitome of kindness, and his good deeds are legacies that would remain indelible in the hearts of the people.
