Court Adjourns Sunday Igboho Aide’s Suit to August 4, Mandates DSS to Present All of Them in Court

Justice Obiora Egwuatu of Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the suit filed by  the  detained associate of Yoruba right agitator Chief Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho to Agust 4t

The 12 suspects according to the DSS  includes: Abdulateef OFEYAGBE, Amoda BABATUNDE aka Lady K (female), Tajudeen ERINOYEN , Diakola ADEMOLAA, bideen SHITTU,Jamiu NOAH.,  Ayobami DONALD ,Adelabe USMAN, Oluwafelumi KUNLE, Raji KAZEEM, Taiwo OPEYEMI andBamidele SUNDAY.

The Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday produced before eight out of the 12 peoppe arrested on july 1st after invasion of his residence in Ibadan

.DSS’ lawyer, I. Awo said the production of the detainees was in compliance with an earlier order by the court.

Lawyer to the detainees, Pelumi Olajengbesi, queried the decision by the DSS to hold on to the other four and insisted that the complete 12 be presented to court

Justice Egwuatu  however  adjourned the case till wednessday 4th August and ordered the DSS to ensure all the people arrested were brought to court.

Olajengbesi said the  12 people were unjsutly detained by the DSS because no case was established against them and they approach the court to get justice for them and ensure their release from the DSS Detention
