2023:Governor Makinde Wins PDP Return Ticket

Governor Oluseyi Makinde has won the return ticket of the peoples Democratic Party PDP to contest in 2023.

Makinde scores 1040 votes while Barriser Hazeem Gbolarunmi had 2 votes and 6 votes voided

The election which was conducted by Senator Ben Obi led electoral committee and observed by INEC, security agencies and other stakeholders.

In his acceptance speech,Seyi Makinde said 2023 is our time to rescue Nigeria
from the APC and change things from bottom to the top,They promised to take us from top to bottom and indeed we are inside a hole
