“We Miss You Every Day”- Lamiju Akala Pens Emotional Posthumous Birthday Note to His Late Dad, Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala

Hon. Olamijuwonlo Ayodeji Alao has penned down an emotional tribute to his late dad, otunba Adebayo Alao Akala on his 74th posthumous birthday

Otunba Akala, a former governor of Oyo state who served as governor of Oyo State in 2006, and again from 2007 to 2011 died on 12th, January 2022 in Ogbomoso.

Olamijuwonlo,a member of the National Assembly representing Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire a Federal constituency in a post on his social media handles wrote.

“Happy 74th posthumous birthday to our father, leader, and role model, His Excellency, Otunba Dr. Christopher Adebayo Alao-Akala, former Executive Governor of Oyo State.”

Recall that Governor Seyi Makinde named the 76.6km Ogbomoso -iseyin road after the late governor as a way of immortalizing the former governor.
