Senator Abdulfatai Buhari, Chairman Senate Commitee on Land Trasport has described the death of Senator Robert Koleoso, a former senator in Oyo North Senatorial district as a great loss to Oyo state ans Nigeria as a whole

Senator Robert Koleosho, the Senator represented Oyo North Senatorial District between 2003 and 2007 at the upper chamber of National Assembly

He died today at the University College Hospital ibadan during a protracted illnes

Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai who ia the current senator representing Oyo North in a release issued and made available to journalists maintained that Late Chief Koleosho is a politician who used his timely opportunity to serve the people of not only Saki but Oyo North and Federal Republic of Nigeria diligently.

“One memorable thing about Baba Koleosho was his service to humanity. He used his connections and contacts to develop numerous people of Saki and Oyo North. The gesture remains unforgettable!” Senator Buhari stated.

The lawmaker sympathized with Okere of Saki Land, Oba Khalid Olabisi, Okere-in-Council, the entire family of Koleosho at home and in the diaspora and good people of Saki land over the demise of the political bigwig, Chief Robert Koleosho.

He lamented that the younger generation of politicians in Oyo North and Oyo State at large will miss the wealth of experience as often shared with them by the late Senator of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

He prayed onto God to give the family, Saki Land, Oke Ogun and generality of people of Oyo North the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss while wishing the deceased, eternal rest
