Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has felicitated a prominent APC chieftain and former Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Adeolu Akande, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

Alli described Akande as a distinguished academic, legal luminary and patriotic statesman whose life exemplifies humility, brilliance and dedication to national development.
He said that has consistently shown commitment to the progress of Oyo State and Nigeria, using his intellect and experience to contribute to policies that have positively impacted the governance sectors.
The lawmaker lauded Akande’s role within the APC, adding that his contributions to party development and leadership over the years have been remarkable and worthy of emulation.
Senator Alli prayed for Akande’s continued good health, long life and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
He urged him to keep up his noble contributions to the betterment of the nation and humanity.
