Oyo/Osun Lawmakers set to meet over LAUTECH

There may be an end in sight to the age long crisis rocking Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso as the lawmakers from the two owners state Oyo and Osun will meet soon to deliberate on the way out.

Speaker Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Michael Adesina Adeyemo drop this hint while featuring on an online TV programme in Ibadan on Tuesday

Hon Adeyemo said the Osun state counterpart have responded to their demand to meet and discuss issues relation to LAUTECH and agree on a concrete stand

He express concerns over the development at the state owned institution and assured that the state assembly will not relent in his bid to ensure the former best University is restore to its status soon.

Part of what they are expected to discuss at the meeting include the issue of ownership, funding of the institution and others.
