Alhaji Lamidi Mukaila Auxillary, has been inaugurated as the Head of Disciplinary committee of the newly inaugurated, motor park managers in Oyo state

Other state executive of the committee includes Alhaji Tajudeen Adu ,vice  chairman , Omolewa Tommy is the secretary

Also committee for local government, state and interstate parks, Tipper and Lorries park were inaugurated by the state commissioner for Works and Infrastructre Professor Ralph Afonja

Speaking at the launch, Commissioner for Public Works, Infrastructure and Transport, Professor Raphael Afonja, charged the managers to discharge their duties without any fear.

He said: “We are asking the park managers and the committees to make sure that there is no traffic congestion in our state. They should coordinate people and make sure that the revenue, which the state is entitled to, get into the state coffers. These are the things this government is saddled with; the park managers and disciplinary committee for the state.”

The development is part of Governor Seyi Makinde’s plan to boost the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) in the state.

Auxiliary in a video broadcast on social media promise to  work to generate  revenue for the government and protect the state

“ Oyo state under the leadership of Seyi Makinde needs money to equip and fund our hospitals, to improve on education standard, build infrastructure  and others, the government employ us to work  and we are ready to work to generate fund”

Revenue from NURTW is being mismanaged but now we are ready to work for the stat for peace and progress and not to siphon money
