In a congratulatory message made available to journalists, Adeeyo described Salawu as an erudite engineer, pragmatic administrator, committed Muslim, community development advocate, and devoted family man whose emergence reflects his political relevance and longstanding contributions to society.
According to him, Salawu’s selection as the party’s deputy governorship candidate is a testament to his humanitarian interventions and commitment to the welfare of the people.
