Nigerians Urge To Reference God In All Situations

Nigerian have been urged to make God their source and strength and refuge in all situations.

Rev. Bamidele Oyewole of Christ Church Mapo, made the call during a sermon at a special thanks giving service of Nigeria Union of journalists Oyo state council, to herald it’s 2019 press week held within the church premises.

 

The cleric who noted that though all challenges being faced in the world either by individuals or countries were consequences of human actions affirmed that God was willing and ready to solve the problems provided men sought him as refuge.

” we must learn no to conspire to bring people down. Conspiracy is one of the impediment of growth and development. Live a Godly life to please God because consequences of conspiracy is grievous”he said.

 

Rev.Oyewole encouraged Nigerians to put their faith in the Lord, seek his face all times and avoid evil communication.
Reacting after the service, chairman NUJ oyo state council, Mr Adewumi Faniran expressed gratitude to God for hitch free union activities experienced all through the year praying to God to protect members for another year.

Mr Faniran however implored members to turn up for various activities lined up the press week.
