The Lagos State Traffic Management Agency has announced that there will be a temporary road closure at the Railway Crossing, Yaba from 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, to 1:00 am on Thursday, October 17, 2019, due to the ongoing track laying for the Lagos-Ibadan Rail Project.

A statement issued by the Agency today, therefore, advised motorists to make use of the following alternative routes during the closure; those going to Tejusoho Street from Herbert Macaulay Way to pass through Yaba or ply Jibowu – Empire – Moshalasi – Ojuelegba to access Tejuosho.
It continued that motorists going to Tejuosho Street from Ikorodu Road should pass through Fadeyi – Dormanlong Bridge – Ojuelegba – Tejuosho; or through Fadeyi – Jibowu – Empire – Moshalasi – Ojuelegba – Tejuosho Street to reach their destinations.
While soliciting for the support and understanding of members of the public for the inconvenience from the temporary closure of the Railway Crossing at Yaba, the release stated that traffic and law enforcement officers will be available to manage the flow of traffic
