Ladoja, Koleoso, Others Set to Join ADC in Oyo

A former governor of Oyo state, Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja and his group are set to decamp from the Peoples Democratic Party PDP to the Africa Democratic Congress ADC

Chief Michael Koleosho a foremost politician from Oke Ogun and former secretary to the state governor might also move ADC

An inside source who spoke on the condition of anonymity told our reporter that all arrangements have been concluded for the formal declaration next week.

The duo and others were said to have bwen involved in high powered negotiations with top echelons of the Africa Democratic Congress, ADC, for sometime now.

It was also gathered that Senator Ladoja met with former governor of Osun state Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, who is the national leader of Africa Democratic Congress, former Deputy Governor of Oyo state, and ADC stalwarts Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja, in his bodija resident recently to perfect plans for the defection.

For sometime now, there have been uneasiness in the Oyo state chapter of the PDP, between the Seyi Makinde faction and Senator Ladoja’s loyalist over which group will take control of the party in Oyo the state
