Socio Democratic Party Gubernatorial Candidate in the ongoing gubernatorial election Senator Iyiola Omisore has said the Independent Electoral Conmission INEC is ill prepared for the election.
Omisore while speaking with Journalists at his polling Unit, old museum said the irregularities recorded so far is a ploy of the ruling party
According to him ” i ‘ve had reports in some local goverment where there are no card readers at all ,where some are malfunctioning. part of ife south some did not see electoral material at all, the irregularities is so much there are problems everywhere they arrested APC thugs in Osogbo”.
“INEC has not done very well ,they are very careless,their card readers are not working , at Ofatedo they’ve not seen single card reader since morning and this is 11. am
“While calling for calm, Omisore said we have to sit up and esnure that this things work, we will remain persevear and endured to the end despite the fact that the card reader is slow .we ‘ve seen APC thugs in uniform and others.
Meanwhile, Dr Joe Odemakin convener Women Arise for Change Initiative and the Campaign for Democracy said the election excercise is peaceful so far. she said fake INEC officials were arrested at Otan Ayegbaju.
