Hon. Odebunmi Distributes Second Batch of Palliative, Urges Muslim to Intensify Prayer Against COVID-19

Hon Segun Dokun Odebunmi, lawmaker representing Surulere/Ogo Oluwa Federal Constituency has commence distribution of second batch of palliatives to this constituents

This is coming after the All Progressives Congress, APC Chieftian give out food items and cash worth about N5million to the people

Odebunmi who is also the chairman House of Reps Committee on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values said the gesture is to cushion the economic effect of COVID 19

He said ” We are only trying to prevent hunger, no amount of food or cash distributed will be enough but we have to give to assist our people so that when they eat they will have good health and immunity to resist any form of diseases

Hon Odebunmi also appeal to muslim faithful to intensify prayer against the coronavirus pandemic that is ravaging the world now

” I am sure we will overcome this too but dont let us sit down and rely on our capacity alone, let us involve God in a bigger way through intensive prayer and i am sure he will not fail us on this one also just like he has never failed us on any matter”

While urging Nigerians to keep to the guidline of World Health Organization and report suspected cases to appropiate authority, the third time lawmaker said together we can fight COVID-19, let us assist government by maintaining social distance and the use of nose masks.
