The Executive Assistant to the Governor of Oyo State on Disability Matters extends warm congratulations to the remarkable athletes from Oyo State who participated in the National Paralympic Games held at MOSHOOD Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

These exceptional individuals showcased their exceptional skills, determination and indomitable spirit, bringing home (14) gold medals, (20) silver medals, (14) bronze medals and making Oyo State immensely proud.

The athletes’ extraordinary talent and unwavering dedication exemplify the true spirit of resilience and triumph over adversity and their remarkable achievement is a testament to the immense potential and capabilities of individuals with disabilities.

Through avenues such as the National Paralympic Games, we recognize and honor the immense talent and determination of our para-athletes, inspiring others to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Also to the coaching staff, support teams, and every individual who contributed to the success of our athletes. Your guidance, commitment, and support have played a pivotal role in nurturing their talent and helping them reach new heights.

Finally, we urge the people of Oyo State to continue supporting and celebrating the achievements of our para-athletes.
