A retired Major-General in the Nigerian Army, Abdullahi Iyanda Muraina is dead.

He was the  Chief of Accounts and Budget, Nigerian Army Headquarters, Major-General Abdullahi Muraina while in the Army

Untill his death, Muraina who owns popula Mauve 21 lounge in Ibadan is was the 23rd President and Chairman of Council of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered),

The Ibadan born military officer died in Dubai, united Arab Emirates died on friday

The honourary life member of the prestigious Ibadan Recreation Club and Aare Ajagundola of Iseyinland started with an early Koranic education and later attended the Islamic Mission School, Odoye Ibadan for his primary education before proceeding to the Nigerian Military School, Zaria for his secondary education between 1972 and 1976.

He was at the Polytechnic Ibadan for his Advanced Level course between 1976 and 1978. University of Lagos for Bsc and Later University of Ilorin for Master degree program.
