INTERVIEW CONTD.

You have very robust plan for this country, but if you are chanced to be the president of this country, while how you intend to translate you policy into reality that will benefit the entire populace.

When you intensify laziness ,you get even much more but when you force people  to work hard even in the law of physics pressure is directly proportional to output, when you know that at the end of the month if you don’t produce you don’t get salary, nobody will sit down as it is today everybody sit down and work only for promotion ,and transfer and still get salary at the end of every month, the money is coming from a source they didn’t work for , so they will be transformed into a productive  machine, the head of civil service is not going to be a bureaucrat, no he is going to be  a proper human capital manager because if  every civil servant have a role to contribute to the growth of Nigeria, Nigerian cannot be build on nothing except a platform  so everybody must contribute to the development of Nigeria so they should know,  no more free money from RMFAAC,  so if you don’t work your agency can be discontinue  because it’s a liability to the government  for instance  so if we have Energy Commission and you are sitting down producing nothing ,we have coal in Enugu, about 2BILLION CUBIC tons of coal is deposited in Enugu yet we are struggling with hydro power, we have a lot of solar Energy up there we have Gas,   about 1.6 trllions  cubit   of Gas  under our soil and we are still struggling with electricity in this country and then you are just sitting down and  say we are working when you are actually not, there is no money coming  from you, that commission will be crossed, that is what we will do, productivity theory, you can’t come to work without producing we cannot, we will not accept that and that is actually how we will change them, we will change their thinking from the away it use to be  and if they say they don’t want to change,  we have about 25%.2  unemployment rate in this country, about 30 million people so we will replace them ‘

Then you will be facing a lot of battles with cabals

Its not going to happen, I am not expecting that to happen, I don’t want that,  I will not even encourage that I know every human being can change provided there is a good environment to for them to do so, so we will create a deliberate policy  that will place every government agency on target of production, not consumption alone  because the people are suppose to consume what you are producing ,  what the people are consuming is the service , the platform will also provide the service, that is the kind of thinking  I am expecting from Nigerians  people  will pay hundred Naira for a service but if you  calculate  N1M people paying hundred Naira per day, that is  N100m Naira, that is not a small money  and that is exactly how we will transform the civil service

Looking at the country as a whole, some people believe that the damage is so enormous that even four years or 8 years is not enough to clear the mess, like the current government are saying that 16 years of PDP  has  destroy the country and they are yet to get it right  what is your perspective on this one, do you think if you are able to become  president will you be able to implement all this  your policy

My policy is about 15 years policy, it is not even expected to end  during my term In office, especially , the biggest of which is to upgrade life the average life expectancy of average Nigerians so that they can live longer from 42 years  to at least 60 years , that is the  most important to me

How do you intend to achieve that?

Reforming the health care policies and it’s a  very simple process, ,its just a continuity of our health care scheme, when you look into the NHIS it’s a beautiful  initiatives but its not doing as it should function so we will reform the sector  the entire people will be involved, all salary earners , especially any person that has a bank account  will be a potential contributor to the health account, we will create a policy to do that and a simple  way of  supposing my salary is hundred thousand , I can’t find it difficult to surrender 1000 monthly to that account , a woman who is selling something in the market won’t  find it difficult to take N50 naira monthly , with those things we are going to dig a new borehole in the market, we will encourage the system, we will use some of the money to do some things in the sector , we will also empower our traditional people, we ‘ll set up a lab for them so that they can experiment, diagnose and be able to create at least reasonable things  to me they are working, we just castigate them blindly but there are others that are actually doing what they  are doing , we need to harness this  opportunity when you look into this , you have pool of cash, you have local production, you have awareness campaign moving around the country, imagine  1 billion to every 3 clinic you will reduce the malaria and typhoid fever in that community by significant number which is good so all this thing is going to be done in such a way that there will be no Nigerian that cannot afford the health care system the richest man can  in the country can afford. Providing you are a Nigerian and you have a bank account, anytime you are sick just take your bank account to  the hospital you will be treated well  so that we can live longer and happier, nobody is sure of the next life, whatever anybody lives now we need to live it well , the second thing is that  we will increase our pocket capacity, about 100million Nigeria are living below one  dollar per day we will work to increase it to 10 dollars it will boost the economy of the nation, also I will ensure, that all students have affordable  and qualitative education  not just packing papers like degree that cannot  gives you jobs but something that is  truly applied, our rural women, we will empower them by going to Bangladeish or  Srilanka or Nepal   for training in manufacturing of luxury goods and wears    at local levels if you look at the cost of importation in those items in this country its almost 20 Billion dollars, so our focus is to bring those expertrate to Nigeria so that we can develop local skills , and not just produce for consumption here but also to produce to other African markets , we will encourage our local community and they will become  richer,

As one is listening to you I wish you become president tomorrow and even most of our readers will wan be convinced that you become president in 2019 but, we’ve had sweeter word, in 2015 we had change  and everything, what will make you different from the typical politician promising heaven on earth

When you look into the political system we’ve been operating in this country since 1999, there was no ideology, everybody tells  you he ‘s gonna build this and that but he cannot tell you how and why, this how and why  are the key things that we always failed to do, somebody tells you he is going to fight corruption people didn’t ask him why and how, this is why we are failing but our major campaign will be details, we will explain everything, why how and the process , and this are the things that are to use to measure political leaders,  you don’t measure political leaders base on his promises because man is meant to break his political promises   if he doesn’t have check and balances on his promises, and  what are the two  ingredients , goals  and outcome that is when you can know if the politician is lying or not , for instance my goal is to  ensure that every Nigerians live a good and better life and the outcome is when you see everybody going to school, enjoying good health care delivery and others  so if very different from the way they campaign. In most  cases people buy packaged personalities , there is no country in the world that person makes a country but Institution makes a country but institution are defines to give outcomes and target  goals to create outcome and that is  exactly what we want to do  our approach is very different from others. If you check the history you will see that its been a life of commitment.  The world has changed , the previous world order was governed by security,  but the new world order is defined by collectivity  because it’s a supplied chain world  so we need to connect  to the new world order, the more your country is connected  within and outside the country, the better,  the chances of  resources  chine is doing that, on water and rail,  they understand the importance of connectivity and the trade  is what we also need to do  we are a consuming nation all we need is  to key into the connectivity  we have a lot of  on the air, land, water  opportunity but we are waiting for oil, something that is not sustainable, something that is not predictable , something that cannot take us anywhere , we cannot continue with this

Thank you very much so we should tell Nigerians all hope are never loss

Yes and they will never loss, hope are only loss when you feel they are and  you only come back when they are there,  country is a reality, it’s a geography, you can’t pack Nigerians and transport the entire people to china, that is not possible.
