As Muslims all over the world celebrate Eid-el Fitri which symbolizes the end of the holy month of Ramadan, famed philanthropic minded industrialist and Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, Engr. Aderemi Oseni has extended warm greetings to Islamic faithful across Oyo State.

In his message, Oseni who advocated for modest celebration admonished Muslims to spread love and peace through acts of charity. He went on to pray for Allah’s sustenance for all and the restoration of normalcy to socio-economic activities in the state.

While advising Muslim faithful not to relapse into the habits they jettisoned during the holy month, Engr. Oseni charged indigenes of Oyo State to cooperate with the government in its fight against the spread of the dreaded Coronavirus.

Earlier, the Sultan of Sokoto and leader of Nigerian Muslims, Alhaji Sa’adu Abubakar IV  had directed that Muslims in Nigeria should observe their Eid prayers at home, as against the normal practice of going to the Eid praying ground.
