Aseyin of Iseyin land, Oba Dr. Abdulganiyy Adekunle Salau, Oloogunebi-Ajinese 1 has appealed to Oke Ogun youth not to participate in any bloody protest that may lead to loss of lives and properties

The foremost monarch made this known in a release issued and made available to journalists this night.

Oba Dr. Abdulganiyy who condemned the killings and destruction of properties recorded in Ibadan today hinted that the ENDSARS protests are no more required as many lives especially of the promising youths in the country are being wasted.

He said “I am appealing to our people particularly the youths not to stage any protest in Oke Ogun now because we cannot afford loosing anyone of them”.

“The idea of killing ourselves and destroying public properties should not be allowed to occur in any local government areas of Oke Ogun,” the monarch enjoined.

He however admonished parents and guidians in Oke Ogun to warn their children against any protest so that their safety can be guaranteed while he prayed that they shall not labour in vain

“We will not mourn our children, let’s all prevent them from staging any protest in Oke Ogun so that we will not turn our lands to mourning grounds as being recorded in most cities across the nation,”Aseyin emphasized.
