Chris Iziguso Defeats Odusile, Others Becomes NUJ President

Chris Isoguzo has emmerged as the new National president of Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) .

The Vice President of NUJ South East Zone was elected at the just concluded National Convention of the association held in Abeokuta, Ogun State capital.

At the 6th triennial delegates conference of the association, Isoguzo polled 346 votes to defeat Waheed Odusile the incumbent who polled 329 votes.

Dele Atunbi came 3rd with 101 votes.

Abiodun Olalere 56 votes

Usaka polled 30 votes

Jacob Edi polled 16 votes

Otunba Mike Aladenika polled 8 votes.

Odusile has already congratulated Isoguzo.
