Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has revealed that he views one of his side’s biggest weaknesses as being unable to ‘manage’ games, such as the win at Leicester City at the weekend.
The Blues won 2-1 against the Foxes, but suffered a bit of a scare as Jamie Vardy pulled a goal back to reduce the deficit, with the Blues initially looking comfortable at 2-0 up.
According to a report by http://metro.co.uk, Conte believes Chelsea aren’t that adept that riding out those situations, so says he tries to get his players to continue to press on and add to their lead, instead of sitting back and soaking up pressure.
Chelsea were highly convincing Premier League champions last season, but Conte was vocal about the need to strengthen his squad in the summer transfer window.

Speaking now, the Italian also seems to think his team could be better at taking control of games, rather than relying on a fast-paced and tiring approach throughout.
‘Our style of football is always like this, to push from the start to the end,’ Conte explained.
‘We are not good at managing a game and for this reason I prefer to continue to press. Against Leicester it was the same.
