The President Ogbomoso Parapo worldwide and former Attorney General of Oyo State, Justice Afolabi Adeniran, is dead.
Justice Adeniran reportedly passed away on Sunday after a brief illness.
Ogbomoso Parapo is the umbrella body of all socio-cultural associations in Ogbomosoland, playing a significant role in uniting sons and daughters of the region for development and cultural preservation.
According to a press release by the PRO of the socio-cultural organisation Comrade T.M. Balogun, he died Sunday during a brief illness.
The late Chief Judge of Oyo state would have been 88 in August.
He succeeded late Mogaji Adisa Adeleye as president about a decade ago.
Comrade Balogun informed that he had been deposited at a morgue in Ibadan.
His Iyaganku residence in Ibadan has been receiving sympathizers since his passage became public knowledge.
