Oyepeju a party chieftain from Oluyole local government said the electoral victory is deserving because governor Makinde’s welfarist program and policies have positive impacts on the people
” I am particularly glad that the people did not allow the antics, propaganda and lies of the opposition to dissuade them from re-electing the right people into the government and like he has done before he will do better again”
Politics is about win or Loose, every good players of Politics must have this in mind before coming to the field, it is not do or die affairs those that loose should take heart and move on
“As we all know, this election has come and gone we all should be nice to our selves, extension of congratulatory hands to the winning side doesn’t taggs us as hungry birds, we can’t be a betrayal for that sake. And for us at the winning side, we must give all the glory to God almighty and keep no grudges to anyone. It is all our victory. We have to put our selves in their shoes.”
Oyepeju who said 2023 is the end of an era for old folks insisted that any party that denied youths from taking over these positions or given the central seats in Oyo state to the youths should forget it’s existence in 2027,
In preparation for the 20’27 election, hope we have all learnt one or two lessons let’s think dimensionally and put stop to the Archaic system of politics in Oyo state and Nigeria at large.
