The Anglican Grammar School, Ogbomoso Old Students Association (AGSOSA) has called for nominations for its Golden Jubilee Recognition Awards as part of activities commemorating the school’s 50th anniversary.
In a statement issued by the Programme Planning Sub-committee and signed by Oluwabukola Olatunji, the association said the awards are designed to recognize distinguished alumni whose achievements, leadership, service, and contributions have brought honour to the school, positively impacted society, and strengthened the association over the past five decades.
According to the statement, nominations are invited in 10 categories: Pioneer Service Award, Distinguished Alumni Award, Meritorious Service Award, Education Excellence Award, Golden Jubilee Leadership Award, Faith and Character Award, Young Achievers Award, Posthumous Honour Award, Special Award, and Legend Award.
The committee stated that each nomination should include the nominee’s name, graduating set, the award category, and a brief citation highlighting the individual’s achievements and contributions.
The submission deadline for nominations is July 30, 2026.
