Honourable Akinwale Akinwole, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Oyo state has said the former Governor of Oyo state will be remembered for his incurable generosity, humanity, and statesman who contributed greatly to the advancement of Ogbomoso, Oyo State, and Nigeria at large.

Akinwole said there is no doubting the fact that he lived fulfilled and impactful life.

The Ogbomoso born entrepreneur who lamented the death of the former governor said ‘ I was short of words when I received the news of his death, though death is inevitable but his own came at a time when we least expected.

He maintained that ” Otunba Alao Akala was like a father to me, he was part of my early political journey in Ogbomoso and I learn a lot from him especially his openness, generosity and accommodating spirit.

” I cannot forget in a hurry how he tutored me on effective governance and how to make a positive impact in people’s lives through politics, the culture which has further encouraged me to do more for humanity and be deeply involved in how my constituency is being governed.

Apart from being friendly, the former governor was indisputably one of the most gracious politicians in Oyo state whom history will be kind to as one who came, saw, and conquered
