Oyo Central Senatorial hopeful, Alhaji Ademola Wasiu Alli (AWA), has congratulated the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade, on the occasion of his birthday celebration, describing him as exceptional.

Alli extolled Oba Owoade’s commitment to traditional values, peace-building, and cultural preservation in Yorubaland since ascending the throne of his revered ancestors.
The APC chieftain said Oba Owoade’s wisdom, courage, and leadership qualities have continued to attract respect and admiration from people within and beyond the shores of the ancient Oyo kingdom.
He noted that the celebrant has been a symbol of unity, justice and father figure to many, adding that Oyo has witnessed enduring peace and cultural renaissance under his royal watch.
Alli expressed hope that his reign would inspire socio-political stability and economic growth, urging all sons and daughters of Oyo to rally support for the Alaafin and his development agenda.
The senatorial hopeful lauded Oba Owoade’s role in ensuring harmony among traditional rulers in Oyo State, describing him as a dependable bridge between the past, present and future.
He prayed that Oba Owoade continues to reign in good health, peace and divine wisdom, while wishing him many more fulfilling years on the throne of his forefathers.
