As preparations for the commencement of the 2019/2020 new Nigeria National League (NNL) season gather momentum, the General Manager of Crown Football Club, Ogbomoso, Mr Rollanson Odeh has assured the lovers of the Ajilete Warriors of the team readiness to excel unimaginably.
The club media officer, Tunji Alabi in a statement said Ajilete Warriors last played in the elite division in 2013 and all efforts to get back to where the team belongs have met brick walls but it is believed that the team will get it right this time around.
Rollanson Odeh while addressing the team after the training session applauded the Head Coach ,Oladunni Oyekale , his crew for a job well done and appreciated the assiduous efforts of others towards a very excellent season.
“Honestly, I’ve not been this happy since I came on board considering the team readiness for the new season in terms of the brotherly love among the entire team, fans and supporters;we are all on the same page. That alone is enough for a team to excel”.
” On our part we have done our best possible to meeting the needs of the team and we are happy with the calibre of legs we have at the moment. All we ask for is God’s favour and mercy to break limits and excel this season”.
” I must commend His Excellency ,Engr Seyi Makinde for his good intentions towards the team. I appreciate the Honourable Commissioner of Youth and Sports, Mr. Seun Fakorede, the permanent secretary and all directors in the ministry for the cooperation and love. But like Oliver Twist, we still can do more ”
” The supporters and fans have always been wonderful and special. I beseech them to be more united and desist from pull down syndrome so that we can all laugh at the end of the season. I humbly plead to all the Ogbomoso well to do sons and daughters within and in diaspora to assist the team to complement the efforts of the Oyo State government for a brighter outing as the government cannot do it alone. The team need their supports in all ramifications in other to excel as it’s being practised in other parts of the country and around the globe ‘, Rollanson posited.
