A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC Engineer Open Salawu has said the Current situation in Nigeria requires support and understanding of the government actions.

The ogbomoso born Civil Engineer who also served as Special Adviser Works and Transport to former governor of Oyo state Late Abiola Ajimobi in a state said there is no doubt this is a very difficult time for our country in terms of security, economic and health.

He added that “The COVID19 has really exposed our weak healthcare system which is affecting the economy by the new order and estranged situations that are very alien to us.

” Economic growth have adversely impacts on Security and it is not too much of surprise for surge in security situations.

“The Security architecture of the country is overstretched and needed to be improved upon to meet the current situation, you may not use yesterday solution to solve the problem of today.

While appealing to Nigerians’ The Waziri of Nupe said “Year 2020 was a huge challenged to our Country, We pray and hope for a better year in 2021. Let us be optimistic and give government a chance.
