Buhari Replaces Gnassingbe as ECOWAS Chair

President Muhammadu Buhari is replacing  the Togolese president, Faire Gnassigbe  the new chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

He was named  the chairman at the end of the commission’s meeting in Togo  on Tuesday 31st july .

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu confirmed the emergence of the President.
