A beautiful smile that warms the heart welcomes me as I stepped into the hotel, I didn’t know who he was but the approach was perfect, an impression that gave me an assurance that I was in the right place of abode for just a night little did I know that the person that welcomes me into the reception is the Wolekanle that I have been reading about online.

Later in the evening after I returned from the party I came for at home, I met him again at the reception but this time with some of my old friends and brothers who introduced me to him as the MD of the Hotel, and an aspirant into the Federal House of Assembly, again he smiled as he stretched out his hand to shake me, gladly shook him and told him how happy I was meeting him and expressed my satisfaction with the way he approached me in the morning.

From the discussion which lasted for a few minutes, I could deduce that Wolekanle is a man with a genuine passion for the advancement of his hometown, investing such an amount of money to build AA luxury Suites is a risk because if such an edifice were to be in a place like Ibadan or Lagos, he would have been making so much profit but placing it in Ogbomoso shows a high level of commitment and passion for his town.

I took time to query his interest in Politics and from his response, I can boldly say he is a man that is ready to serve, he is not just willing to effect a positive change in the system but to also be a model and makes everybody happy through quality representation, attracting dividends of democracy to the people if elected.

According to him, “my interest in politics is neither because of what I want to eat nor drink, not even what to feed my family with because God has been faithful to us but I owe it a duty to contribute my quota to the advancement of Ogbomoso and its environs, I have been doing that in my own little way but I think politics will be an avenue to do it in a larger scale, let their voice be heard at the National Assembly and bring home more developmental projects that will change attracts more development in Ogbomoso North-South and Oriire Federal Constituency.”

After a lengthy and convincing conversation with him and findings through  people’s opinion, I think it is important to let the people of Ogbomoso North, South, and Oriire know that this is the right man for the job, let us support him and elect him to represent us at the house of reps in , and I can assure you that he would truly represent. He has a pedigree and track record of outstanding achievements and I am confident  that he would not betray the confidence reposed in him if elected.
