Hon Adeola in a chat with journalists  commended Seyi Makinde for reiterating his commitment in making Oke-Ogun an economic hub of Oyo State through his vision in agricultural revolution.
“As you know that Oke-Ogun is agrarian settlement and no meaningful breakthrough can be achieved on agricultural revolution in Oyo State without making sure that developmental projects are concentrated in the region”, said Adeola.
He called the attention of Seyi Makinde to speed up rehabilitation of rural roads where major farming activities are taken place.
“He however used the medium to demand for the location of a satellite campus of LAUTECH in Iseyin/Itesiwaju as it is very imperative for the region to have a research based institution that will aide new discovery in agricultural based activities.
“We give thanks to Almighty God for  achieving sole ownership of LAUTECH as this will contribute immensely to the economic development of Oyo State and it will not be out of point if I tender a request to you on behalf of my constituency that a satellite campus of LAUTECH be located in Iseyin/Itesiwaju State Constituency. It is on this note, I request from Your Excellency that we need a campus that has to do with agric revolution and my constituency is more suitable for such”.
He further used the occasion to call the attention of Governor Seyi Makinde on the need to strenghten checks and balances and render necessary support to the State House of Assembly while carrying out its oversight functions as provided in the constitution.

Mr Dele your call to GSM to site the satelite campus to Iseyin/Itesiwaju state constituency is an act of wickedness, greed and selfcentred with which is a cheat to other zones, notably Ogbomoso zone. Claiming that your land is agrarian land is out of point, what can you call Ogbomoso that has Best Mango in the country and Cashew two of the best in Nigeria cum Benue cashew. Iseyin is a base of National Youth Service camp in Oyo state. What’s in Ogbomoso? Yet you’re calling for another satelite campus… A slap on us. #notominicampus of #Lautech
