An inside soure who prefer anonymity said the inferno started around 7:50 am in the morning and its likely to be caused by power surge.

One of the victims died at instatly while the other one gave up the ghost at Bowen Teaching Hospital Ogbomoso where she was rushed to for proper . medical attention.

one of the survivors simply identified as Mr. Jumo, said he woke up at about 8am when he noticed smoke from a part of the building but he didn’t know was the cause.

As at the time of filing this report political associates of the former governor and friends have been visiting the house to commisserate with the Akala’s family Over the unfortunate incident.
