The Peoples Democratic Party PDP has accused Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State of importing thugs to Ondo state for the Saturday governorship election in the state
Governor, Yahaya Bello on Tuesday joined his Ondo State counterpart, Rotimi Akeredolu on his campaign train to Owo ahead of the forthcoming election in the state.
According to the party the thugs are masquerading as security officers with fake police uniforms.
They are residing an Hotel, Owo and some of them are with Gov. Bello in his Hotel, Alagbaka”
PDP disclosed this in a tweet on its verified tweeter account @OfficialPDPNig
But a close aide Governor Bello when contacted said the allegation is part of the normal lies of the PDP, they said the same thing in Edo ,PDP is always preparing ground for excuse when they fail.
Governor was in Owo with party loyalists on Tuesday and they have since returned to kogi state after the campaign rally in Owo
