Senator Abubakar Danladi Senator representing Taraba North in the Senate, Abubakar  and a federal lawmaker Hon Herman Hemebe  of Vandikwa/Konshisha  federal constituency from Benue state were today sacked by the Supreme court .

The court also declared Alhaji Shuaibu Isa Lau, as the senator to replace Danladi and Dorothy Mato to replace Herman Hembe respectively

Danladi was ordered to refund all salaries and allowances he received within 90 days and instruct the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to withdraw the certificate issued to Danladi and issue a fresh certificate of return to Lau.
