“Yesterday I attended the maiden FEC meeting at the Presidential Villa. It was the beginning of service at a higher level. For the 7-hours FEC deliberated everyone was involved intimately. The chairman, Mr. President showed the way with an uncanny presence of mind on all issues.
“FEC was not distracted by the proceedings of the election tribunal. There was work to do and the President was determined to put Nigeria first without distractions. Ministers took a cue and settle down. We cannot afford to fail Nigerians, says Mr. President
