Sen.Buhari to Give Wheelchairs to 150 Physically Challenged People In Oyo

About150 physically challenged people will on monday benefited from tye Empowerment scheme of Senator Abdulfatai Omotayo Buhari empowerment scheme as wheel Chairs worth millions of naira will be distributed to better their mobility.

In a press release issued and made available to journalists today, the event will take place on Saturday 17th April, 2021 at Baptist Secondary Grammar School, Ago-Are (BASEGA), ATISBO Local Government area of Oyo State by 10:00am prompt.

Accoding to the state, Senator Buhari said he had to shift the paradigm of his empowerment styles to the physically challenged people so that they can also have the sense of belonging as far as dividends of democracy are concerned.

The beneficiaries were drawn from the entire 13 local government areas that made up Oyo North Senatorial District and that they shall be physically available on Saturday to collect the Wheel Chairs.

“The items are strictly for those constituents in my senatorial district who can not stand up not to talk of walking. With the Wheel Chairs, at least the mobility will become easier and faster”, Senator Buhari hinted.

The lawmaker added that some others who are suffering from other challenges such as blindness, deaf and dump will also be empowered.

The Legislator said that it is time philanthropists offered themselves to serving God through the physically challenged people and do things that will make life worthy of living for them.

Senator Buhari however assured that he will continue to make impacts positively on the lives of his constituents irrespective of their differences in every aspect.
