The founder of One Love Family, Satguru Maharaj Ji, has faulted former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s recent statement claiming that the Christian gospel was the driving force behind Europe’s rise to global prosperity.
In a statement titled “Re–Former Vice President Osinbajo and the Christian Gospel: Satguru Maharaj Ji Made the G-7 Nations Economic Giants, Not Religion,” the spiritual leader described Osinbajo’s assertion as “a colossal falsehood” and “a regurgitation of lies concocted by European intellectuals to deceive Africans.”
According to Maharaj Ji, no nation has ever ascended the path of progress through the “barren grace of the Christian gospel,” insisting that the true source of civilization and prosperity is “Practical Spiritual Science,” otherwise known as mysticism.
He said, “Yemi Osinbajo ought to tell the world how he used Christianity to drive Nigeria out of poverty during his tenure as Vice President. If Christianity is as powerful as he claims, how come he could not use it to confront the forces that sidelined him in government?”
The Living Perfect Master argued that European feudal lords distorted ancient spiritual knowledge for control, using religion as a tool of mass manipulation. He claimed that the removal of the “Holy Name Maharaj Ji” from early scriptures and its replacement with names like God, Allah, and Yahweh marked the beginning of global spiritual enslavement.
Maharaj Ji also alleged that European colonialists stole ancient manuscripts from Oyo Ile in present-day Oyo State, which were later edited and presented as the Christian Holy Books to erase traces of African spiritual heritage.
He maintained that Nigeria’s continued unity and survival are products of his divine presence rather than religious teachings, declaring himself “the current supreme embodiment and total personification of the Supreme Light of all possibilities.”
“I call on Yemi Osinbajo and his fellow religious leaders to desist from misleading Nigerians and the rest of the black race,” Maharaj Ji stated. “I invite them to come and receive Divine Knowledge — the unlimited access to the Pure and Omnipotent Light that rescues man from darkness.”
Reaffirming his divine mission, Maharaj Ji expressed optimism that Nigeria would soon emerge from its current challenges to become “a source of pride to the black race and a model for the Golden Age of Life.”
He concluded with a direct invitation: “I look forward to Professor Yemi Osinbajo’s visit to Maharaj Ji Village to receive the all-enabling Divine Knowledge of Life.”
