A yet-to-be-completed building belonging to the fast-growing fast-food chain, ITEM7go, collapsed on Sunday evening in the Dugbe area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

The incident occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m. and was reportedly triggered by strong winds that swept through the area late in the evening. Fortunately, there were no casualties, despite unverified reports circulating online that initially claimed otherwise.

Officials from the Oyo State Ministry of Works swiftly responded to the incident, sealing off the site to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate further risks to public safety.
