Alhaji Usman Afolayan a multinational and international businessman has declared his intention to invest millions of dollars in the entertainment industry in Nigeria
Usman who has cut his teeth in the auto and property world in Europe told journalists in a chat recently that his is not comfortable with the level of development in the country, though he commended the stakeholdes for their passion and effort to boost the industry but maintained that a lot more can still be done to boost the industry
The Prime Royal Global Limited who is the brain behind Prime Royal Star Autos and Prime Estate in Abeokuta is also the founder of Prime Royal Production, a platform which he has been using to promote budding artists
“ I have a very big plan for artists, Nigerian has millions of talents and most of them are not utilizing it in a proper way, they are not enjoying the God’s given potentials and it always painful that Nigerian investors don’t invest in our artist”
“Investment in the entertainment is not only profitable inter of monetary gains but also bring glory and attract more development to the country “ he said
Usman while revealing the achievements of Prime Royal Production said in the last one year the entertainment industry has signed sign five upcoming artists and also working on some artists
‘ I signed those budding talent because I am ready to risk my fortune on them, they are good all they need is little polish and I am sure by the time we are through with them, they will be among the best in the country”
“Apart from the five artists, we are also perfecting arrangement in two prominent Nigerian artists and very soon they will be unveiled to the public”
“Prince Gboye Best an Egba base Juju crooner was also signed some months ago and few weeks ago his album has been released, and Its already making wave in the market
“We are not just signing them and limit everything to Nigeria, we have an arrangement with so many entertainment industry abroad where our artists will also be trained and performed with international artists in Europe Canada and Asians so that they will be more creative and have more confidence” he concluded .
