Renowned Fuji musician, Alhaji Ramoni Akanni, popularly known as RK1, has lost one of his wives, Alhaja Falilat Rahman.
She succumbed to the cold hands of death during a brief illness.
The sad news was announced by RK1 on his social media page, where he wrote: “Inalilahi waina ilahi rajihuna, Death is a debt for everybody. I accept the will of Allah. May Almighty Allah forgive your shortcomings, my dear wife, Alhaja Falilat Rahman.”
Fans, colleagues, and family members have since been sending condolence messages and sympathizing with the musician’s family.
She has been buried in accordance with Islamic rites after a janaz prayer in his house .
