Police Begins Anti Crime Sensitization Visit to Secondary Schools

In its bid to engage tye younger ones for a safer community Nigerian Police Force has commence Anti Crime sensitization visit to secondary Schools and colleges .

The team will be visiting Government secondary schools Lugbe, Maitama, Nyaya, Garki,

According to the Police Public Relations Department, objectives of the visit is to create awareness among college students about the role of the Police as a government institution charged with preventing crimes and arresting criminals while protecting the lives and properties of citizens.

Also to sensitize them on their roles in intelligence gathering and speaking out in cases of victimization, bullying and sexual exploitations,Educate them on the career opportunities/potentials in the Nigeria Police Force as well as COVID-19/HIV awareness by the Medical Team.

The team will also sensitize them on the achievements of the Police in ensuring their safety and the safety of their family members, responsible use of social media and create awareness on the negative impact of cultism and drug abuse.
