Police on Saturday in Ibadan arrested relatives of an armed robbery suspects during his wedding engagement

The suspect popularly identified as Togo  escaped with his wife while some of his relatives arrested alongide with that of her bride
A source at the event told our reporter that the police who stormed the events at Olaoluwa area of Amuloko area of Ibadan packed the wedding cakes and some of the items meant for the wedding.
” Immediately the policemen storms the venue the group had escaped but they picked  some members of his family, while this was going on people that have come from different location for the wedding flee in different direction.
A police source who spoke on condition of anonymity said the  base on the information that Togo was getting married today
” He and other member of his gang robbed at Olodo on Friday and two of them were arrested in the morning and later another one was arrested he was the one that gave us the information about Togo’s wedding and the other one is now at large”.
The Police Public Relation Officer ASP Adekunle Ajisebutu could nor be reach via his mobile phone for confirmation but the source told our reporter that the groom and some of his group are cooling their nerves in police net.
