The Peoples Democratic Party PDP has rescheduled the date of PDP primary election.
According to a notice signed by the National Chairman Sen. Dr. Iyorchia Ayu and National Secretary, Sen. Samuel N. Anyanwu, the development was due to unforeseen circumstances,
The new dates are as follows:
1. House of Assembly – Saturday 21st of May.
2. House of Representatives – Sunday 22nd of May.
3. Senate – Monday 23rd of May.
4. Governorship – Wednesday 25th
of May
In the case of the South Eastern Region, due to the Sit-at-Home currently been
observe on Mondays, the Senate Primaries will now hold on TUESDAY, MAY 24,
2022 in the South East Zone
